Pain of Working From Home


Because of COVID19, a lot of people have been working from home since March. Most of them don’t have a nice workstation setup at home like they have at the office. Many people are experiencing wrist, elbow, shoulder, or neck pain all due to poor posture when using the computer. Before you come in for a treatment, you should take a look at your workstation and make adjustment according to this picture.
